Definitions:
“The Veg Query” is a Life & Wellness Coaching business registered within the province of Ontario, Canada. Any reference of “The Veg Query” “we” and “us” refers to the owner and authorized agents of www.thevegquery.com and all original content, products and posts.
“Our Website” refers to www.thevegquery.com
“Social Media” refers to the official Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok accounts of The Veg Query.
“User” refers to any person who may use our website, view our blog posts, interact with our social media or make requests for a free consult call.
“Client” refers to a person who has a signed coaching contract and shall remain a client for that purpose until the coaching contract expires.
“Coaching” or “Coaching Services” refers to any service offered to users or clients through video calls, audio calls, email, text or a similar service.
“The Coach” or “Coach” refers to Morgan Fitchett and/or Morgan Paxton, Vegan Life & Wellness Coach and registered owner of The Veg Query.
1. Privacy Statement
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information as well as purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile when provided by you. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any of our advertisers, sponsors or users that comment publicly on our website or our social media.
2. How Information is Shared, Stored, Used and Disclosed
The Veg Query is hosted by Lyrical Host on the WordPress platform. Your data may be stored through Lyrical Host’s data storage, databases and more.
3. Cookies

4. Web Analytics
Web analytics is the collection, analysis, measurement, and reporting of data about web traffic and visits for purposes of understanding and optimizing web usage. Information in digital markers may be used for the purpose of web analytics to remember your online interactions with our website.
The Veg Query uses Google Analytics to improve its website. When your computer requests our website, the following types of information is collected for analytics:

- the page(s) visited

5. Google Adsense
The Veg Query uses Google AdSense Advertising. Google, is a third-party vendor and uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on previous visits to our site and other sites on the Internet.
6. E-Commerce
All online purchases are redirected to SendOwl, Square, Stripe or PayPal. By using this website you agree that The Veg Query is not liable for any discrepancies, issues, or information leaks associated with your purchase. Please view each platform’s policies for more information.
7. Use of Submitted Content
The Veg Query will not share or distribute your name, email or any other personal information which may be collected in the aforementioned methods without written consent.
The Veg Query shall keep all coaching conversations (whether verbal or written) confidential except where required by law. Users and Clients understand that The Veg Query must cooperate with law enforcement or court orders. Should The Veg Query wish to share content from the coaching of its clients for promotional purposes, client’s will be asked and are under no obligation to agree. If the client agrees, written consent will be requested.
Submissions for content ideas or questions that are used on our website or social media will receive credit when requested.
Comments on our website and social media are public and not the responsibility of The Veg Query or representative of our views. All public interactions with our website and social media accounts will be shared, redistributed or quoted at our discretion.
8. Surveys, Feedback Forms and Promotions
The Veg Query may use surveys, feedback forms or applications to improve our services or distribute promotions. Participation is completely voluntary. If you are not comfortable disclosing the information requested, do not participate. Promotions may require a subscription to our email list in order to apply. Information requested may include contact information (such as name, email, phone number or address), and demographic information (such as country or age). Contact information will be kept private and used only for our email communications or to improve our services. We will not sell or distribute your information.
9. Google Forms
The Veg Query may use google forms to collect information on our coaching clients. This information is only used to provide calls for our users or for our coaching services.
10. Subscription Services and Mailing Lists
If you would like to withdraw your consent to contact you with subscription information, newsletters or as a part of our mailing list, you can do so at any time. Please email thevegquery@gmail.com with your name and email to be removed from all further subscription services and mailing lists.
11. MailerLite
We deliver our email services through MailerLite. The Veg Query shall not be liable for any information breaches, improper use to information or non-compliance with privacy act laws that MailerLite may experience. You can check out MailerLite’s privacy policy here.
12. Courses
Our online courses are delivered through the Thrive Apprentice Plugin and access to our courses is limited by its integration with SendOwl. The Veg Query is not liable for any discrepancies, issues, or information leaks associated with your purchase. Please view each platform’s policies for more information.
13. Privacy Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website. If we make material changes to this policy, updates will be posted here, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If you continue to use this website following a change of policy, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.
14. Enforceability and Jurisdiction
If any term or condition set out in this policy is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions will continue in full force. Any disputes arising out of or relating to our Privacy Policy, use of our website or coaching will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
